You have 7 days from delivery to return an item in its original, undamaged condition with all its packaging. Once we receive it, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Made-to-order and personalised pieces are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged.
Yes. For more than 10 pieces, wedding return-gifts or corporate gifting, tap “Talk to us” in the buy box or message us on WhatsApp — our team will share tailored pricing and packaging options.
As soon as your order ships you'll get a tracking link by SMS and email. You can also see live status any time under “My Account → Orders”. Most orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours.
Within India, orders arrive in about 3–7 working days with free, insured shipping. Yes, we ship worldwide with tracked courier — international timelines and any duties vary by destination and are shown at checkout.
Every Svastika piece is authentic and quality-checked, and a short pooja is performed before it leaves our workshop — so it's ready for your mandir the day it arrives. Eligible pieces ship with a certificate of authenticity.
You can cancel or change an order any time before it's dispatched — just reach us on WhatsApp or email with your order number. Once an order has shipped it can't be cancelled, but our 7-day return policy still applies.
