Dispatch & Delivery Timelines

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 48 hours (excluding Sundays & national holidays).
  • Once shipped, delivery times vary:
    • Metro Cities: 1–3 working days
    • Within Maharashtra (larger parcels): ~3 working days
    • Other Indian States: 3–5 working days
    • Remote Areas: 5–7 working days
    • International Orders: 7–21 working days

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping for all orders across India — prepaid or COD.
  • International shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

Cancellations & Delivery Rejections

  • Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch, as courier fees are paid upfront.
  • You may refuse the order at delivery, but we encourage acceptance to reduce damage risk and help sustain small businesses like ours.
  • Frequent refusal of COD orders may result in COD being disabled for your future purchases
  • For prepaid orders, refunds (if applicable) are processed after deducting 10% of the order value to cover transaction and handling charges.

  • If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, you can update your shipping address instantly.

Unfortunately not. However, you may choose to reject it at delivery if absolutely needed.


4. I entered the wrong address. Can I fix it?
Yes! If not yet dispatched, just type “change address” in our WhatsApp chat, and we’ll update it.


5. My order was delayed. What can I do?
