We dispatch most orders within 48 hours (excluding Sundays and national holidays). Once shipped, delivery times are roughly: metro cities 1–3 working days, within Maharashtra about 3 days, other Indian states 3–5 days, and remote areas 5–7 days.
We offer hassle-free 7-day returns on most pieces (bulk orders excluded). Slight, natural colour or texture variation in handmade pieces isn't a defect, and a variance of up to 5% or 2 cm from listed dimensions is within normal range.
