Meenakari Elephant, in your world
One-minute glimpses from real homes — unboxings, hand-painted detail and the making.
Painted by hand, in the colours of Rajasthan
Meenakari is Rajasthan's art of colour — the old Jaipur way of dressing an idol in jewel-bright shades, laid on entirely by hand. Ours is painted stroke by stroke in cobalt and emerald, then set, pearl by pearl, with tiny coloured beads that catch the light.
It is slow, quiet work — the kind that has been done in Jaipur's lanes for generations.
Days of quiet work in a single piece
A piece like this is never hurried. A single karigar sits with it for days — painting, setting, checking — moving only as fast as a steady hand will allow. That patience is the craft, and you can read it in the finish.
You cannot hurry a thing made this way.
Cobalt and emerald laid on by hand, stroke by stroke, in the old Jaipur way.
Tiny coloured beads placed one by one, so the surface catches the light.
Checked, sealed and readied — no two ever come out quite alike.

Questions, answered
Yes — every piece is hand-painted in Jaipur in the traditional Meenakari way, stroke by stroke in cobalt and emerald, then set with tiny coloured pearls placed one by one. No two are ever exactly alike.
Dust it with a dry, soft cloth — never water. Kept dry and out of direct sun, the colours hold their brightness for a lifetime.
Each piece is painted and set by a single karigar over several days, so we make yours after you order. It ships in about 5–7 days.
Each pearl is set by hand and sealed, so it stays put with normal handling. Just keep it away from water and harsh cleaning.
Each piece is wrapped in protective layers and a rigid box, insured pan-India, and we ship worldwide with tracked courier. If it arrives damaged, we remake or replace it.
